★ please expect your final product to arrive in 2 weeks
★ commissions purchased at a major discount may take longer to arrive
★ i own the art and i let u display it wherever u want
★ if a watermark with my signature is included, please dont remove it
★ dont claim u made the art
★ i send u a few sketches for approval b4 i work on the final artworks
★ i can make at most 2 major changes to rough sketches b4 i get a little cranky and ask u for 20-30% more payment
★ if you are not using KoFi, 50% of the payment must be delivered to initiate the commission process
★ if i cancel, you get all ur money back, yippie!
★ pls send a reference, a photo or a drawn reference

Terms and Conditions
1. Ownership and Usage Rights:
Copyright law protects the commissioned artwork. The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client may not reproduce the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes or distribute it beyond personal use without explicit permission from the artist.
2. Credit and Watermark:
Clients may post the artwork on any platform as long as the watermark or credit line provided by the artist remains unaltered and visible. This credit must be included wherever the artwork is displayed or shared.
3. Artistic Ownership:
Clients may not claim the artwork as their own creation and must credit the artist appropriately whenever sharing the commissioned piece.
4. Payment Terms:
For all other payment methods used other than those offered on Ko-Fi, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission price is required to initiate the commission process.
The remaining 50% must be paid before the final artwork, delivered in PNG format, is provided to the client (unless paid in full for on Kofi).
Accepted payment methods include those available on Kofi. Exceptions can be made if needed and communicated and agreed upon.
5. Revision Policy:
3-5 rough sketches will be provided for client review and approval before proceeding to final artwork.
One round of minor revisions to the rough sketches are included in the commission price. Major changes or additional revisions beyond the initial agreed scope may incur an additional fee of 20-30% of the original commission price, depending on the extent of the changes.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event that the client wishes to cancel the commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued to the client.
If either the artist or client cancels a commission purchased on Kofi, a full refund will be offered.
7. Delivery and Completion:
The artist will deliver the final artwork in PNG format within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the client will be notified promptly.
8. Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to provide at least one clear reference for the commissioned artwork, specifying desired details and style preferences.
All communication between the client and artist, including but not limited to personal messages, and comments, is considered contractual and should be conducted respectfully and professionally.
The client must clearly indicate their interest in pursuing a commission and provide necessary feedback and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the progress of the artwork.
9. Alterations to Terms:
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice to the client. Changes will not apply retroactively to ongoing commissions unless agreed upon by both parties.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.By proceeding with a commission, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
